These systems combine both local Television (off-air free broadcast) and satellite dish antenna systems to offer the best of both.  Signals are combined at a single location then distributed though the building or campus.  

They are a type of “Private Cable System”.  The station signals are each assigned a channel and broadcast via a single cable or fiber line to each office, room or residence in the system.
